According to our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), we will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon approval of your deletion request, we will remove:
- Your account information (name, email, phone number)
- Profile data and preferences
- Booking history
- Personal messages and communications
- Uploaded photos and profile images
- Device and usage data linked to your account
What May Be Retained?
We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Anonymized data for analytics (not linked to you)
- Transaction records required for legal compliance
- Data needed for ongoing legal matters
- Backup copies (deleted within 90 days)

- Verification: We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to the provided address.
- Processing: Once verified, we will process your request within 30 days.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
- Account Closure: Your account will be permanently closed and cannot be recovered.
